I want to personally thank Nick Rios with M&R Marketing who delivered an incredibly timely session on AI, including breaking news changes that businesses need to understand right now. There were some eye-opening takeaways, particularly for companies using AI tools like Claude for content generation and concerned about maintaining their online visibility.
This wasn't education for the sake of filling an agenda. It was information that could directly impact how you operate and market your business. That's exactly the kind of value we want GIA events to deliver.
We also had the privilege of recognizing our 2026 Youth Scholarship Recipient, Rilyn Rodgers. I think I can speak for everyone in the room when I say we were blown away by her poise and confidence. She has an incredibly bright future ahead, and we were proud to present her scholarship and celebrate this next chapter with her.
Members also received important association updates, including our 2027 election results, upcoming Bylaws revisions, and new course offerings before we headed over to Truist Park to watch the Braves take on the Mets.
